Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I love taking on commissions and making one off pieces however large or small. If you have something in mind or would like to work on something creatively together please get in touch and we can work it out.

How and where is each mobile made?

All mobiles are handmade by me, Hollie in my home studio in Bristol, UK.

The metal shapes are cut and filed by hand and then primed and painted. Each shape is then assembled with brass wire making sure each one is perfectly balanced with another to create total equilibrium.

How will my mobile arrive?

Desktop mobiles arrive partially assembled with the base and shapes individually wrapped. Simply hang the mobile shapes on the hook and you are ready to go!

Hanging mobiles arrive fully assembled in a jute bag and postal box, with extra wire included so you can hang your new mobile from your desired height.

All mobiles arrive boxed with the option to add a note if it is a gift

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment I only offer shipping within the UK, however my inbox is always open so if you are outside the UK and have a query please do get in touch.

Shipping within the UK is free!

What actions are you taking to make sure your brand is sustainable?

All packaging is fully recyclable with compostable mailing bags and no plastic tapes. Waste materials are kept to a minimum and offcuts of brass wire are used to make jump rings so very little is thrown away.

 

Shipping and Returns

Shipping - To reduce waste most products are made to order so we kindly ask that you allow up to 10 days before being despatched.

Free delivery on all UK orders - All items are sent via Royal Mail and you will receive a notification when your items have been despatched. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for postage.


Returns - We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy on all mobiles. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received together in its original packaging. As a small independent business, we unfortunately cannot incur the cost of returning items to us.

Please contact us if you wish to make a return and once items are returned and accepted, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note this may take several days to appear whilst the bank processes this payment.
